  5. Feature to close Airbnb hold expired lead so it won't appear in Pipeline with Relevant status as I see it a bit messy and does not make sense. As Relevant status should be for ongoing lead (on hold, quote sent) or confirmed bookings for us to work on.

  6. Currently on the analytics page, we can see an overview of all properties or just one property. Sometimes it is helpful to pull out one or two....or, conversely, look at all but one or two....would be nice to be able to choose multiple properties on this page. Also, need to be able to type in dates as well.

  8. Allow the cleaning fee to vary depending on the length of stay. For instance if a guest has a long stay of two months the cleaning fee should be double a typical 5 night stay.

We would like to have the ability to be able to actually create gift cards so that someone could book online with the gift card versus discount code and be taxed properly without me having to manually enter it? For example, the gift card would be taxed on rent amount since the discount is taxed on rent-discount ((a line item will be added with a negative amount after the guest books the dates/in a manual booking and the Tax on Rent would be applied on the Rent only))

  10. The customer suggested that the secondary email in a lead form should also receive the same communications as the primary.

    I've also had suggestions that emails from the Pre-arrival form should also receive the same emails as a primary guest.

  11. Give Service Providers, specifically cleaners, the ability to report to the agency any issues with a previous guest and be able to provide pictures and estimates of remediation, within Hostfully, so that they are all linked, instead of having to do this outside Hostfully.

  12. It would be great to have "Activity" or "History" data on individual reservations to see when a reservation was updated & who updated it.

    (i.e. a guest requests to extend their reservation for 2 weeks. We go into Hostfully & change the check out date.)

    Currently, there is no history or activity showing when changes were made to that reservation. With multiple people working in reservations, it would be great to have that data for our billing department to follow up and ensure the billing is updated, etc.

  14. For mid-term rentals: integrate with rental listing sites like ZILLOW and AVAIL.

    Pretty much just for the availability! It is annoying to have to "confirm availability" for both Zillow and Avail AND update the availability separate from Hostfully.

    We will fix this. Now, please note that, while most modern devices and SMS apps will display line breaks as intended, older devices or certain carrier systems may ignore line breaks and display the message as a single block of text.

At the moment, the trigger with condition Booking updated won't recognize what has been changed, because there's no specific condition (e.g booking extended, or guest name change, etc.) to specify that, and all the owners could do is to compare with the previous booking confirmation that they had, with the current information in our custom template.

    We want the system to have ability to tell in the message what actually changed.

  20. We are using leads to generate statistics & charts. We only need leads generated through ORBIRENTALWIDGET and ORBIRENTALFORM source.

    Without requested filters, we are going through each of the leads, and using the targeted sources. Here, we are spending our api request quota.

    It would be great if you could consider following changes in future updates.
    1. Filter leads by sources.
    2. Filter leads by statuses.
    3. Filter leads by date created before / after.
    4. Allowing lead sorting by creation date.
