  1. We are finding that some guests will upload a selfie or a piece of ID without a photo (even after explaining this in the message.)
    Currently, we have to contact Hostfully to reset the pre arrival form as we cannot reset it or request that the guest complete it again.

We would like to have the ability to be able to actually create gift cards so that someone could book online with the gift card versus discount code and be taxed properly without me having to manually enter it? For example, the gift card would be taxed on rent amount since the discount is taxed on rent-discount ((a line item will be added with a negative amount after the guest books the dates/in a manual booking and the Tax on Rent would be applied on the Rent only))

  3. The trigger Day of the Week which is sent at 9:00 AM of the day. It's usually applied to all guests, including those checking out that day; however, sending this message to someone who is leaving doesn't quite make sense.

    To avoid any confusion, it may be best to modify the trigger so that messages are only sent to guests who are actively staying during the day. Additionally, perhaps it would be wise to consider specified times when triggering these messages.

  4. I would love the option to archive photos without permanently deleting them, with the ability to unarchive them and make them live again. This feature would retain the captions and be especially helpful for managing seasonal photos.

  5. At the moment, it's not possible to open up a date which is turnover day, even when we uncheck the box "Prevent check-in on that day".

    The only way is to change Turnover day to 0 temporary if there's any specific guest wanting to book that date, then quickly change it back to 1.

    We want the Ability to flexibly remove turnover day for some specific dates

At the moment, the trigger with condition Booking updated won't recognize what has been changed, because there's no specific condition (e.g booking extended, or guest name change, etc.) to specify that, and all the owners could do is to compare with the previous booking confirmation that they had, with the current information in our custom template.

    We want the system to have ability to tell in the message what actually changed.

  10. We are using leads to generate statistics & charts. We only need leads generated through ORBIRENTALWIDGET and ORBIRENTALFORM source.

    Without requested filters, we are going through each of the leads, and using the targeted sources. Here, we are spending our api request quota.

    It would be great if you could consider following changes in future updates.
    1. Filter leads by sources.
    2. Filter leads by statuses.
    3. Filter leads by date created before / after.
    4. Allowing lead sorting by creation date.

  11. In the system/custom templates, there's the option to add another language. However, when I want to manually send the templates to Guests in Inbox, it defaults to English. There should be the option to choose the language version in the Inbox.

  12. You are currently able to log the number of pets and infants on a property in the reservation process.

    It would be really nice to be able to trigger automated pet-policy emails only to guests who's reservation has a pet associate with it.

  13. Add the "Properties" button to the main menu buttons, it is being used constantly and should have direct access rather than through a drop-down menu, ideally to have a drop-down menu where you can just pick your property instead of scrolling them down.

  14. It would be great to have "Activity" or "History" data on individual reservations to see when a reservation was updated & who updated it.

    (i.e. a guest requests to extend their reservation for 2 weeks. We go into Hostfully & change the check out date.)

    Currently, there is no history or activity showing when changes were made to that reservation. With multiple people working in reservations, it would be great to have that data for our billing department to follow up and ensure the billing is updated, etc.

  15. In extra conditions when creating trigger you should be able to tell the system to NOT send trigger IF for example rental agreement has already been signed. NOT send trigger IF for example pre-arrival has already been filled out.

    It makes no sense and it quite annoying for guests to continue to get requests for something that they have already completed, but in order to automate the only way to ensure these important forms are completed is to keep sending reminders regardless if they have already completed the request.

  16. Currently, if the check in or check out times in a reservation are updated within the stay details in Hostfully, those don't update the check in and check out times on devices such as locks, thermostats, etc. This functionality is essential when offering early/late check ins and check outs.

  17. VRBO has a new feature where you can have different cancellation policies for different times of the year. How to a use this feature with Hostfully. VRBO won't let me edit the cancellation policy. It would be great to have ability to create cancellation policies for different period.

    We will fix this. Now, please note that, while most modern devices and SMS apps will display line breaks as intended, older devices or certain carrier systems may ignore line breaks and display the message as a single block of text.

  19. At the moment, when there's a sync issue with channel (for example: Airbnb), the error message is not clear and I need to reach out to support every time to check the root cause (an error occurred, could not update booking settings, etc.). I want to have clearer messages so I know what to do to troubleshoot.

  20. Our guests are confused by the request for "government ID." We would prefer for it to be specific and say "Driver's License or Passport.". We would love to edit such field on UI.
