See custom fields from pre-arrival form on the mobile app
It would be great to be able to see the info on the app. If I'm on-site at our property without my computer then I have no way to view that info, so it would be nice to be able to!

Add flexibility to NOT accept unpaid reservations from Booking.com
We don't want to have any unpaid reservations from either BDC or Vrbo to block my calendar.
We have trouble on Booking.com to cancel a booking on Extranet.
We were forced to call Booking.com to attempt to cancel this cooking. Nothing was done. We have been working on this for awhile now. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE REMOVE the setting that allows a guest to book without proper payment. This makes a high amount of stress on our end and we already wor over 90 hours a week. Split "Transit" into Getting Around (public) and Directions (post-booking details) for Airbnb
As a PM, I would like to share certain transit information on the public listing and more specific how-to in the directions shared only with confirmed booking guests.
"Transit" section Hostfully is mapped to both Getting Around (public) and Directions (only shared after booking is confirmed) on Airbnb. The purpose for these fields are very different. "directions" may have more exact details about getting to the home, which is quite different from a public-facing "Getting Around" section
So they should be separated.

Improve Owners display on the Owners page
I would like to see all owners under the Owners Tab without having to click on the first letter of their first name or search in the search box. The search box and the alphabet option should only be a filter option when you have dozens of owners.

Add country of origin for guests in the financial reports
Some countries require this information reported monthly for statistic purposes, so it would save massive time if we could get it included as a field in the financial reports.

Clickable Links in Automated Trigger Messages
At the moment, when a trigger is set up to automatically send a message to guests, the links in that message are not clickable. However, if I manually send the same message through the inbox or pipeline, the links are clickable. This completely defeats the purpose of setting up automated triggers in the first place.

mobile app
The mobile app needs to become as useable as the website. We were previously with Guesty and we were able to do everything from the app that we could do on the website. We can't even cancel or delete reservations from the app so having to wait until you get to a computer, which can be a couple days if you work in an office, is just not convenient. I want to be able to create or add a listing, edit triggers and templates, etc.

White label hostfully logo in SMS and whatsapp messaging
When we send text messages to potential clients with links to our listings, the Hostfully logo appears instead of our company’s logo.
It would be really helpful if we could update this so that the agency logo logo appears in these communications.
This would enhance branding and make presentations to clients more professional.

Filter properties to specific websites
Being able to filter properties to specific websites. E.g. 1 website with the search widget only shows 5 out of 10 listings on that website, with another website showing the other 5 listings.

Allow 99 photos to push to Vrbo.
Vrbo does allow 99 photos. Can we update the API so that we can push out 99 photos to Vrbo instead of the current 50?

The trigger event: Booking Inquiry, should only trigger when there's an inquiry.
Currently, if a direct booking booking setting is set to Booking Request or Instant Book, if there's a Custom Template and Trigger to go out as an Auto Response for the event, Booking Inquiry, that trigger goes out as soon as a guest clicks Book Now. That does not seem logical if a guest is actually booking, and not just sending an inquiry. This can cause confusion to the guest about why they are getting an auto response to an inquiry, when they are not actually sending an inquiry, but they are in the first steps of actually booking. Show booking payment status on Calendar
i like make a flag or a color so when i look at the calendar, it shows directly there which booking is not PAID

Hide Rate multiplier on lead detail
The rate multiplier is showing as a line item on lead details.
I want to have the option to hide it.

VRBO Alternative Payment Link should fire for all failed Vrbo payments
At the moment, system template "VRBO Alternative Payment Link" only fires for Vrbo guests if the transaction fails due to 3DS2 error (the error in Hostfully order: Your card was declined. This transaction requires authentication). I want this template to fire for failed Vrbo transactions due to other errors (insufficient funds, card declined)

Variable "ORDER PAID TO DATE" in custom templates
I would like to display the amount a guest has paid in custom templates. Currently, I can insert Balance Amount [$ORDERBALANCE$], Total Amount [$ORDERTOTAL$], etc. but variable "ORDER PAID TO DATE" is not available in the list.
