Being able to filter properties to specific websites. E.g. 1 website with the search widget only shows 5 out of 10 listings on that website, with another website showing the other 5 listings.

Provide an AI auto-responder feature for the Inbox
The feature would enable seamless, automated communication by setting up predefined AI responses to incoming messages. Grant additional access to the owners
have been having lots of owners with concerns about the owners portal as it is very basic and not showing much to them. On our other plattform Lodgify, they could see much more like fees breakdown, messages from clients, the jobs created etc.
Is there a way where owners can see Jobs and more info other than what they see?
I have set them up in full permissions and it is still very empty which is causing owners to not like the way we are managing it etc. Transparency is very important to us.11 votes -

Hide Rate multiplier on lead detail
The rate multiplier is showing as a line item on lead details.

Apply a fee that calculates from the TOTAL and not the subtotal
I want to apply a fee that calculates from the TOTAL (including taxes and security deposit) and not the subtotal.
For example, we need to implement a 5% fee on direct bookings but the one we have now doesn't include taxes and the security deposit when it calculates the 5%.

Ability to download the conversation on Inbox
At the moment, it's not possible to download the conversation on Inbox.
We'd love to have this option to download conversation and resertvation details incase of dispute, this would be very helpful specially for direct booknig since we use hostfully as our messaging platform for direct booking

Let Cleaners View Booking Calendar in Service Hub
We’d love to see a feature added to the new Service Provider Hub that allows service providers (like cleaners, handymen, etc.) to view a read-only booking calendar showing check-in/check-out dates and guest count, without revealing guest names, contact info, or pricing. With the new app they are only able to view dots for assigned jobs and can no longer see all bookings. ( I put new view and old view screenshots below)

The trigger event: Booking Inquiry, should only trigger when there's an inquiry.
Currently, if a direct booking booking setting is set to Booking Request or Instant Book, if there's a Custom Template and Trigger to go out as an Auto Response for the event, Booking Inquiry, that trigger goes out as soon as a guest clicks Book Now. That does not seem logical if a guest is actually booking, and not just sending an inquiry. This can cause confusion to the guest about why they are getting an auto response to an inquiry, when they are not actually sending an inquiry, but they are in the first steps of actually booking.
