  2. I can edit the Taxes field, but I can't edit the "Cleaning fee taxes" field. It would be useful to have cleaning fee taxes editable for custom quote too, like taxes field

  9. Airbnb does automatic translation but I was just trying to do as much of my messaging and tasks through Hostfully as I can instead of having to go back and forth! I’ve been just responding through Airbnb so it would automatically translate what I’m texting instead of having to go through Google translate

  10. The preferred method must be "reply in same method as received" This is should default set to "Reply same as received" with and option to change. Also any messages or replies should have a Send Later Option (pop up calendar and time) to encourage working messages replies that may be too late or untimely (midnight text) are NOT good but the guest needs to be answered.

    - type of app notification: new lead, new message

    - filter to specific channels, specific properties, ...?

  14. I would like the ability to add a checklist to each guest. I currently use a checklist that I mark off for each guest, but it is in excel. I would love to be able to link a checklist to each guest so that I see it within Hostfully and I don't have to go outside of the software to utilize it. Is this possible, or is something like this available within Hostfully now?

  15. Currently, the Financial Reports shows the Agency percentage as % of gross revenue, but our arrangement is based on the nightly rental only. This requires more manual work to produce reports for the owners.

    It would be great to pre-determine which parts of the revenue is split on a percentage basis (nightly rent) and which go in full to the Agency (say a management fee) or to the Owner (say cleaning fee, if the owner pays that).

  18. It would be great if we had the ability to toggle auto communication off for a specific reservation. For multiple reasons, we may not want the system to automatically send any messages at time of booking.
