  1. While checking with Davut, we're advised that the system won't auto refund if it recognizes the reservation is from Booking.com.

    The auto refund feature should work for all reservations whose payments are processed via Stripe.

    Re-opening this UV since we do NOT provide the guest contact information on the Owner Portal, only the guest's first and last name.

    The request here is to provide the contact info, which can include:

    • email address
    • phone number
    • cell phone number
    • mail address
  3. If the guest goes to a specific property page, they can check the dates that are available (highlighted) and the dates that are booked (greyed out).

    On the main page, since it's sorted by locations, which means that if PMs have 3 properties at the same location Show Low, AZ, the system can't provide availability of a single property and ignore the other 2. Therefore, I believe it's by design to show the Calendar this way for all dates.

  4. I just checked and Hostaway does have this feature to to export the whole calendar to other channels instead of each listing. It would be much simpler and time saving.

  5. I want to hide/remove the inactive properties from the list when creating new lead.

  6. Add a trigger "same day checkin" for complex condition.

    I had a guest schedule a booking on the same day as their checkin, however, it was after the time period set for my checkin instructions to be sent to them. I had to manually send my instructions to the guests since my checkin instruction email is sent 24 hours prior to their arrival.

  7. I have several restaurants in my guidebook that have a full bar as well as a restaurant. Currently it is necessary to list the restaurant twice separately as a restaurant and as a bar. It would be more convenient to just select the restaurant once and then be given the option to add multiple categories related to the restaurant.

  9. I have connected a couple of properties to the Airbnb calendar of the owner via iCal, which is causing the owner's bookings from Airbnb to appear in check-in report, even in Quickbooks.

    It would be great if these bookings should not appear there as the owner takes care of them.

  10. We have a minimum age of 25, so if the lead guest age is not displayed, or their date of birth is not shown, then we have no way to check whether they are over 25 years old. We have 2 guests checking in today that we have had to speak with and one we had to cancel as she was only 19 (even though she ticked the box to say she was over 25).   12. in the situation when payment is handled by booking.com, booking.com charge 2.5 % fee in addition to their commission, this amount is not shown in Hostfully and is not deducted from the reservation amount. This amount should be shown in the reservation breakdown on Hostfully and automatically deducted from the revenue.

  14. When I change the guest email on pipeline > click on the send message button. I want the original thread (with the initial email) combined with the new thread (with the updated email). It should not open a new thread with no message inside. Thank you.

  19. Only suggestion I would make is to make the "View Order" button a bit more obvious, maybe make it available within the pipeline as one of the options that pops up when you click/hover over the circle. We don't have to click "Edit" to see that button.
