  1. Please give us the ability to change the font of the messages templates. I copied and pasted my messages I had stored previously, which are not matching the writing style of the variables such as guest name, and it looks sloppy IMO. Or give us the option to match the variable styles or reset to default maybe?

  3. As an agency that lists vacation rentals on Booking.com, I want to ensure that the payment flow is SCA compliant. Right now, some payments from guests fail due to the integration not handling 3D Secure authentication and is not SCA compliant.

  4. Currently, discount codes are not editable, which means you would have to delete one and recreate it - but if you try to use the same code, it won't allow it.

    It would also be extremely beneficial if you could make discount codes for a long period of time but with exclusions, for example:

  5. I have guests sign a rental agreement through my private DocuSign account. I would like to be able to upload this into the guest record, preferably in Stay Details. I currently keep these in my Google Drive, but I would prefer to have everything in Hostfully.

  6. Currently, Hostfully's API considers bunk beds to be 1 bed. This maps to Airbnb as 1 bed and Vrbo as 2. It seems like an easy fix to have Hostfully's API actually show bunk beds as 2 beds in their interface.

  7. As a PM, I receive this email when a payment fails (attached herein). There is no guest or reservation identifier and I need to do further research to figure out what reservation this relates to. It would be great if Hostfully can add the guest name and reservation UID to this system message.

    I tried to manually add those two items to the system template but those variables are not available for this template.

  8. Show blocked nights by owners and for maintenance on enhanced reports. We can then clearly see that while occupancy may be low that if the owner blocked 7 nights it shows on the report.

  9. The "Age" field in the Pre-Arrival form is not mobile friendly. It only shows one digit, so the user can't see the full number they've entered, neither does it show the up/down arrows that you see on the desktop site.

    I've had issues with customers who cannot complete the pre-arrival form because of these issues with the Age field.

  10. The first issue I have is with the date range on the owner statement report. I found out it is based on check in not check out date, which is the industry standard for property management. This needs to be fixed. When I choose 4/1 to 4/30, it should be guests that checked out between those dates. This is how the owners are paid for the month, based on check outs.

  12. Currently, when my clients view the booking calendar for their short-term rental, there is no option for them to see the owner payout per booking by hovering or clicking on the reservation. This information is crucial for my clients as they want to see what they are making on each booking/weekend, etc.

  13. Give Service Providers, specifically cleaners, the ability to report to the agency any issues with a previous guest and be able to provide pictures and estimates of remediation, within Hostfully, so that they are all linked, instead of having to do this outside Hostfully.

  14. I would like to be able to adjust the pricing on a booking channel for each property. So, on Airbnb, property A gets -10% property B gets 0%
    And on hostfully, property A gets 0% and property B gets +10%

    Right now, the rate multiplier is only available at the channel level.

  15. Inbox Replies from Guests should ONLY include their reply, and not have the entire message I sent them tacked onto it. I already know what I sent them, as it's right below their reply. Don't need to have what I sent them included in their reply. It is redundant and messy.

Would be great to have more variables for late checkout like extra hours, extra charges, etc... this would be used when a guest pays for a late checkout for example, when they pay for 2 extra hours, the confirmation email should provide the new check out time, and the total hours their reservation has now been extended. Thank you!

  17. Need seasonal extended stay discounts that work across channels. Currently only have option for direct booking. My property is in Florida - I want to market it for extended stay during down season only. I do not want the extended stay discount during peak season. For example - I just had a guest book via airbnb for a 13,000.00 discount using the extended stay discount set up at the property level on hostfully.   18. Version 1 of the app allows for guest messaging via email/ Airbnb message only. It does not allow you to select SMS messaging. Please enable SMS messaging as many of our guests prefer that communication.

  20. As a PM, I’d find it helpful to have more details (listing, booking, …) to Airbnb inquiry. At the moment, it just shows up in Inbox with no further details, and can be tricky to get the full context for a proper response.
