Add customer's email to Stripe payment data
When a guest purchases an item via Guidebook Marketplace, we receive an email notification with the guest's name, guest's email, and transaction ID.
However, when we go to Stripe and look for the transaction, there is no email or guest name linked to the transaction. It's hard to tell which payment is from which guest. Therefore, adding the customer's email and name to the Stripe payment would be great.

Force 100% payment for lead in confirmed status to support guests who want to pay all in advance.
Here's why: Property Setting is 50% of payment at reservation time and balance due at 30 days before check-in date. The guest wants to pay 100% in advance for the booking checks in in 39 days. When I update the setting from 50% to 100%, the payment link still applies the previous rule. If there is an option to force 100% payment before the balance due date, that would be great.

Calendar filter should take into account property availability restriction rules
Current Behavior:
When filtering available properties based on a certain period, the calendar shows all properties that have no leads or blocks on the requested dates. However, when I choose to email the property list, fewer or no properties show up in the email. This is because the properties might have other availability restrictions such as minimum stay, turnover rules, booking lead time, and check-in or check-out restrictions.

Do not allow guest to choose check out dates less than the minimum stay requirement
The system currently permits users to select check-out dates that do not meet the minimum night requirement. However, when entering guest details, an error message in the booking widget states "Minimum stay is not met." This could potentially confuse guests and lead to a loss of interest.

Ability to remove pricing rule for certain months of the year
I think it would be a great feature where we can remove the pricing rule (decrease the X% when stay more than Y nights) for certain months of the year.
Here's why: We live in a very touristy area of Costa Rica. With that being said, we do have slow times, i.e. during the months of May to September. We discount our nightly rates, but we do not give weekly or monthly discounts due to the huge savings in these months.

Integrate with CartStack
CartStack offers a bunch of cart abandonment recovery tools, so that PMs can market to guests who started a booking but did not complete it. CartStack already has integrations with Guesty, Hostaway, Track, etc.

Photo tags to be cloned for units / sub units
For Sub unit (under Master Sub setup), or unit (under Multi Unit setup), enhance clone logic so photo tags can also be cloned.
That'd help with the case where PM can consolidate all photos on Master unit / Hotel level, and upon new unit(s) being added, instead of doing all photos again (description, order, tags) which is tedious, now they all can be cloned from Master / Hotel level, and PM only needs to revise afterwards.

Ability to sync Master unit to Booking.com room level directly, without breaking Master-Sub setup
As a PM with Master-Sub setup, when I want to sync Master unit directly to Booking.com room level (instead of hotel level and no room), I don't need to
- Break current Master - Sub setup on Hostfully
- Sync Master (now standalone) to Booking.com room
- Set up Master - Sub again on Hostfully.Able to sync Master unit directly to Booking.cm room would be helpful to avoid disconnection.

Make "photo tours" can be created in airbnb even when not all of the sections have a photo assigned.
This is a big feature that airbnb is pushing to have completed. This could be penalizing in the algorithm beyond just marketing loss to help conversion if listing is visited.

New adjustment/expense type called "IMPROVEMENT"
Hey All,
Just suggesting a very small improvement but it will help us a lot to build owner/property yearly 1099 statement & form.
Add new adjustment/expense type called "IMPROVEMENTS", the reason is improvements add value to the property in other hands repair/maintenance are just an expense.
with that new type will be very easy to build that breakdown and help our clients to do their tax report properly and it's a small change without breaking any prior functionality.
